Description

Here are some additions to my Nutrition Mission!©.

They are garlic, dance, and konnyaku/sato-imo/sweet potato. All of which are healthy additions to your diet, as well as a fun, good form of exercise.

Garlic is good to include in your diet daily and these three Japanese types of potato are also very healthy and are more nutrient dense then the standard white potato.
