Description

Nutrition Mission!© Explanation:

I have made a refrigerator and a basket for you to assemble, along with several graphics for you to cut out.
The graphics are representations of servings of various types of food that you should be consuming daily or
weekly. They all start out in your mini refrigerator, and as you consume them, you should place them in the
basket. That way, throughout the day you will know how much of and which foods you still have left to
consume for optimal health. Also be sure to designate one section in each the refrigerator and the basket as
the daily section, and one as the weekly section, so you don’t get confused as to which food servings you
should be consuming daily and which weekly.

Some of the graphics are to be used on a daily basis, and some are to be used throughout the week. Moreover, the pictures on the cards are just representations of a type of food group, not that you have to eat a pineapple, cabbage, or shrimp everyday.

I will soon explain all about the cards and the serving requirements, but first I would like to cite where I got
my information from for some credibility, and so that you can check and see for yourself whether or not my
information is accurate and if you agree with me.

The daily/weekly serving recommendations that I present to you, with some minor edits, can be found on the
website: World’s Healthiest Foods. This website is an all around good site to learn about health and nutrition
from, and I highly recommend checking it out, as well as Dr. Mercola’s website.

I believe that the following serving recommendations are a good start to help you to achieve better health,
but as always, you should listen to the needs of your body above all else, as what may be beneficial to one
person, may not help another. Please feel free to adjust the quantities according to your own needs, and print
out more or less cards, as you need them.
